This screen displays the original content sent to the AI engine for processing AND the response received from the AI engine. The content received from the AI engine will depend on the processing instruction you sent with the AI request. Therefore this screen gives you various options with regard to saving the AI response content. You can choose whether to edit the AI response content and then click one of the following options:

+ Clipboard – this option will save the AI response content to the temporary Clipboard memory. You can access the Clipboard through the Clipboard page.

Save to Source – this option will save the AI response content back to the database location from which the AI source content was read. E.G. if the source content was a transcript, then the AI response will overwrite that transcript record.

+ Summary – this option will save the AI response content as Summary record linked to the current Meeting, Recording or Call record

This AI function is designed to create a Summary record from the Recording Transcripts associated with this Meeting record.

Click the Next button to display the "Generate AI Summary" pop-up. You will then need to select the source transcript (or combined transcripts) from which a Summary will be created. You can also select, create or modify the AI instruction that tells the AI engine what to do with the selected transcript content.

The "Select Content Source" field allows you to select either an individual transcript, or if you want to combine the content from multiple transcripts you can select the "Combined Full Transcripts" or "Combined Tag/Topics Transcripts" options.

The "Combined Full Transcripts" option will combine all the Full Transcripts from multiple recordings linked to the Meeting record. The "Combined Tag/Topics Transcripts" will combine all the Tag Transcripts linked to any of the Recording records associated with the Meeting.

This AI function is designed to create a Summary record from the Transcripts associated with this Recording record.
